Vanmar Builders performed a full interior demolition of an office trailer at Agua Caliente to bring the space into proper compliance with updated code requirements. The scope included removing existing partitions, fixtures, outdated materials, and non-compliant structural elements. All debris was safely hauled and disposed of, and the interior was prepared for future reconstruction according to code. This project highlights our commercial capability in tenant improvement prep work, safe demolition practices, and delivering clean, code-ready spaces for facility teams and future contractors.
