Daniel Martinez brings over six years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction throughout the Coachella Valley. Known for his precision and professionalism, Daniel has earned a trusted reputation among homeowners and estate managers including his work within The Madison Club, one of the area’s most exclusive private communities.

Director of Project Development

A Coachella Valley native, Juan Lua oversees operations and project management at Vanmar Builders. Before joining the company, he successfully operated a startup painting business in Amherst, Massachusetts, where he gained valuable experience in client service, business operations, and construction management.

Juan has also led local projects such as the Westin Marriott Marketplace conversion and holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Analytics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Marketing & Accounting Manager

Golden Hinchen serves as the organizational backbone of Vanmar Builders, managing scheduling, communication, and client coordination with precision and care. Her professionalism and attention to detail ensure that every project runs smoothly from initial inquiries to completion.
