    President

    As President of Vanmar Builders, Daniel Martinez brings over six years of construction experience, leading projects with integrity, precision, and exceptional craftsmanship. His portfolio includes work on some of the Coachella Valley’s most recognized residential, commercial, and hospitality properties, earning a reputation for quality and attention to detail.

    Juan Lua

    Director of Project Development

    Juan Lua oversees operations and project management at Vanmar Builders. Juan has also led local projects such as the Westin Marriott Marketplace conversion and holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Analytics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
