PALM SPRINGS SURF CLUB FACILITY MAINTENANCE

Our crew provided full construction debris hauling services, including the consolidation, manual loading, transportation, and legal disposal of mixed C&D waste such as drywall, wood, insulation, and general construction materials. We completed four dump runs totaling approximately three tons, with each trip involving 30 minutes of travel time each way. All debris was removed in compliance with California C&D disposal regulations, and the jobsite was left broom-clean and cleared for continued construction activity.

AGUA CALIENTE FACILITY MAINTENANCE

Vanmar Builders completed a large-scale facility maintenance project for Agua Caliente, removing over 6 tons of construction debris, including pallets, broken concrete, and large tree branches. Due to the size and weight of the materials, our team utilized heavy equipment such as forklifts, dump trailers, and specialized loading tools to safely and efficiently clear the site. This project showcases our ability to handle high-volume debris removal and deliver reliable, heavy-duty maintenance services for commercial and community facilities.
